The Mitsubishi A6M2b Zero Model 21 holds a significant place in aviation history, particularly due to its participation in the infamous attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. Lt(jg) Shigehisa Yamamoto piloted this agile and highly maneuverable aircraft as part of the Imperial Japanese Navy Air Service (IJNAS) flying from the aircraft carrier Akagi.
