Loved the figure fair price great service.
Ordered in stock items. Got shipment ready for shipping waited in this state for two weeks. Contacted them and was told it was indeed not shipped. They would look into this. Almost a week with no response. They finally responded stating one item which was in stock was no longer available. Wanted to know if I wanted a different item. I wanted the in stock item I ordered. If it was not in stock when I paid for it they should have contacted me asap. Not leave my item sitting in pre shipping state. Very lazy family business acting like a large business. Our customer service department our shipping department. Geeez it’s you and your wife in your house.
