Hi Thomas, Thank you for your feedback. We do have the option to add the Collector's Packaging for In-Box Collector which comes with bubble wrap and extra protection to the item. I just looked into your order and it seems there was no Collector's Packaging included in your order which is why it was shipped without bubblewrap. If you are In-Box Collector we highly suggest to add the Collector's Packaging.
